We own the building the GPUs go in.

Most Indian GPU resellers rent cabinets inside somebody else's data centre and pass that invoice on to you. OptraCloud runs out of the Globussoft building, owned and occupied by the company that operates it. Our costs start at the electricity bill. There is no colocation contract underneath the pricing with somebody else's margin in it.

The building

An address you can visit.

Globussoft Technologies has traded since 2012 and occupies this building with its own engineering teams. Customers who need to see where their workload runs before they sign are welcome to come and look. Few resellers can say the same.

overhead pipework.

230 V native supply. Enterprise server PSUs need 200 V or better to reach their rated output and efficiency. Indian mains is 230 V as standard, so a rack here draws its rated power without a step-up transformer.
Open column grid. Front-to-back airflow and hot-aisle containment need clear runs, which an open floor gives you without stripping out partitions first.
Cooling sized to the row. Heat rejection tracks the hardware in the rack. A two-card node throws about 0.3 kW; a four-card node 0.6–1.0 kW depending on whether the cards are Max-Q or full 600 W parts; an eight-card node 1.1–1.9 kW. In-row units sized to the row handle that, so the floor takes capacity a row at a time instead of one hall-scale plant.

Cooling at 35% of IT load, the figure this business plans against. Max-Q parts roughly halve both columns, so the self-built nodes specify them. Passive Server Edition cards go only in the OEM chassis that supplies its own airflow.
